Glory secures two-year partnership with SKINS

Perth Glory is proud to announce a two-year partnership with SKINS Compression Australia who will supply compression apparel for both the club’s ISUZU UTE A-League Men’s and Liberty A-League Women’s squads.

Founded in Australia in 1996, SKINS has cemented its place as the global leader in the compression apparel market, with its extensive range of innovative, high-tech garments enabling everyday and elite athletes alike to train harder, perform better and recover faster.

Glory CEO Anthony Radich is delighted to be embarking upon a new partnership journey with a company of SKINS’ stature.

“SKINS has become a byword for innovation and excellence in their field and we are very excited to welcome them on board for the next two years,” he said.

“We are committed to providing our players with everything they need to succeed and SKINS compression apparel will play a crucial role in enabling them to maximise their performance levels for the club.”

Glory’s Head of Medical, Jasraj Sidhu, meanwhile, shed more light upon the importance of SKINS apparel in helping the club’s squads deal with a number of different and unique challenges.

“The use of SKINS is an important part of our overall recovery strategy when it comes to reducing muscle soreness and damage induced by daily training and match demands,” he said.

“Additionally, as the most travelled team in the A-League, the use of SKINS during air travel plays a key role in ensuring flight-induced leg pain, discomfort and swelling can be minimized.”

The partnership has also been warmly welcomed by Country Manager for SKINS Compression, Allan Sassoon.

“SKINS are proud to provide Perth Glory’s players with the added edge in performance for training, game day and recovery,” he said.

“For over 25 years, SKINS evolving compression technology has been giving the best football players the edge to perform at their peak and recover faster. “We look forward to partnering with Perth Glory for what we are confident will be two very successful years for the club.”
