New Glory Chairman Ross Pelligra was front and centre at a packed media conference held at HBF Park on Sunday morning.
He was joined by Deputy Premier of WA, Treasurer, Minister for Transport: Tourism, Rita Saffioti, WA Minister for Culture and the Arts; Sport and Recreation; International Education; Heritage, David Templeman, Independent Chairman of Australian Professional Leagues (APL), Stephen Conroy and Glory CEO Anthony Radich.
Also present were ALM and ALW Head Coaches Alen Stajcic and Alex Epakis, along with ALM and ALW players Adam Taggart and Mischa Anderson.
Among the highlights of the event, was confirmation from the Deputy Premier of a three-pronged State Government investment package centered around community support programs, prospective training facilities and negotiations around Glory’s stadium deal at HBF Park.
