Perth Glory and Football West are proud to announce the return of the Grassroots to Glory program for the 2024/25 Isuzu UTE A-League season!
The program will see up to 5000 registered junior football players aged between 4 and 16 provided with FREE 3-Game Perth Glory Memberships will be valid for the opening three homes games of the new A-League Men’s campaign at HBF Park.
Glory CEO Anthony Radich believes that the initiative provides a clear example of the club’s new owner fulfilling his commitment to reengage with the WA football community.
“Ross Pelligra made it clear that community, sustainability and success will be the club’s key pillars moving forward and Grassroots to Glory forms a vital component within the first of those,” he said.
“We are incredibly excited that 5000 young WA footballers will have the opportunity to engage with their home-state club next season, free of charge.
“Grassroots to Glory is a direct outcome of Perth Glory and Football West working positively together to facilitate a program which benefits the entire registered football community.
“We look forward to further developing our relationship with Football West and working collaboratively on similar initiatives in the future.”
Those sentiments were echoed by Football West CEO and Glory legend, Jamie Harnwell.
“Football West is delighted to partner Perth Glory in the Grassroots to Glory initiative,” he said.
“This allows thousands of our young players to watch their heroes in person and to get behind their local A-League Men’s side.
“Football West is always keen to work with Perth Glory for the benefit of the wider WA football community and it is terrific that the club’s new ownership is getting behind the grassroots game in this way.”
