Biography
Born in Melbourne, Colakovski played his junior football with NPL Victoria outfit Pascoe Vale before joining City’s youth ranks and featuring regularly for their NPL side.
He duly made his A-League debut against Wellington Phoenix in November 2019, signed his first senior deal three months later and claimed his maiden A-League goal during a memorable 6-0 derby win over Melbourne Victory in March 2021.
2021 also saw the livewire forward make his debut for North Macedonia Under-21s.
During his time with Melbourne City, he was part of the squad which claimed two Premierships and one Championship.
The 25-year-old signed a two-year deal with Glory in June 2022 and made two starts in his first season, following that up with 22 appearances and six goals in his second.
His effort against the Mariners in Round 10 earned him Glory’s Goal of the Year for 2023/24.
He duly moved to Wellington before making a welcome return to Glory in January 2026.
