Registration for this year’s PGFC Academy trials is now open!
2020 saw the Academy go from strength to strength, with its success illustrated by a host of players being selected to represent Australia at various age levels.
Among those to star in both purple and green and gold were Trent Ostler, Joshua Rawlins and Daniel Walsh, all of whom made the Joeys squad which took part in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup played in Brazil.
The talented trio, along with the likes of fellow-international representatives Bryce Bafford, Aiki Tsukamoto and Nick Walsh, have reaped the rewards of our Elite Player Development model and age-specific curriculum which ensures that our Academy players are educated to the highest possible standard and equipped with the tools required to perform at professional level domestically and internationally.
Next year promises to be another fantastic one for for our two-star accredited Academy under the guidance and leadership of our professional and highly- credentialed Academy coaches led by Academy Technical Director Steven McGarry
