Perth Glory have partnered with innovative investment group, The London Football Exchange, whose logo will feature on the back of the club’s Hyundai A-League playing shirts for the 2018/19 season.

A financial, technology and sports group, The London Football Exchange operates in a number of areas associated with professional football and other sports and is building the world’s first football club stock exchange, along with developing innovative financial solutions for clubs around the globe.

Perth Glory CEO Tony Pignata believes that The London Football Exchange’s innovative approach and global perspective align closely with the club’s own ambitions to further develop its brand within Asia and beyond.

“The London Football Exchange is taking a bold approach in reshaping the financial structure and direction of the world game,” he said, “and we are delighted to be partnering with them.

“It’s an exciting new commercial relationship for both parties which we will look to develop in the future.”

The London Football Exchange’s Head of Asia Pacific, Peter Turnbull, meanwhile, believes that the partnership with Glory will play a key role in further boosting the group’s presence within not only the Australian football market, but throughout the Asia Pacific region.

“Perth Glory’s proud history, strong brand and close links with Asia make it an excellent fit for us,” he said.

“We are looking forward to being part of what we are sure will be a highly-successful season for the club both on and off the field as we continue to service, fund and assist football clubs throughout the region.”

In addition to its apparel branding, The London Football Exchange will also be provided with IP across all club assets.
