Perth Glory can confirm that defender Luis Canga has departed the club following the mutual termination of his contract.
The 29-year-old Ecuadorian made eight starts after arriving shortly before the start of the current Isuzu UTE A-League campaign.
“We felt it wasn’t working out with Luis and agreed that it was in the best interests of both parties to part ways,” said Glory Football Director Stan Lazaridis.
“Luis has conducted himself with great professionalism throughout his short time with us and on behalf of the club, I would like to thank him for his efforts and wish him all the very best for the future.
“We hope to announce the signing of a replacement centre-back shortly.”
