Perth Glory is delighted to confirm that BHP will continue as the club’s principal partner for the 2021/22 season.

The upcoming campaign will be the third in which the logo of the globally-renowned resources giant has adorned the front of Glory’s A-League, W-League and Academy shirts and training kit.

Of BHP’s 80,000-strong global workforce, more than 14,000 are involved in the company’s iron ore operations here in WA and Glory Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata is thrilled that Glory is set to continue its relationship with such a powerhouse of the State’s economy.

“BHP’s support has played a key role in the club’s development over the last two years and having them on board once again will enable us to continue that development at every level,” he said.

“Their dedication to creating and contributing to social value within local communities across WA very much aligns with our own ongoing commitment to engage with the whole State and make a positive difference.

“We look forward to working closely with BHP over the course of the next year and hopefully beyond.”

BHP Asset President WA Iron Ore Brandon Craig, meanwhile, said BHP was proud to continue its support of Perth Glory, a club embedded in Western Australia’s culture and representative of the diverse community in which it resides.

“The partnership between BHP and Perth Glory is underpinned by mutual values and a shared commitment to achieve lasting results, providing positive experiences for the West Australian community.

“We value the contribution that Perth Glory makes to our State.”
