Hyundai has announced that it is continuing its support of the ‘Goals for Grassroots’ Hyundai A-League football program. The program is designed to help football within local communities.
Hyundai has announced that it is continuing its support of the ‘Goals for Grassroots- Hyundai A-League football program. The program is designed to help football within local communities.
The program spans all 21 rounds of the Hyundai A-League season. Hyundai will donate a minimum of $1,000 guaranteed but the more goals their ‘home- team scores in the match, the more money will be donated by Hyundai (up to $5,000 total).
In the weeks preceding each A-League home game, local grassroots clubs can complete an application form on-line at www.hyundai.com.au/g4gr and submit why their local club should receive a donation. Local clubs can even support their application with photos or short videos.
To be eligible to enter, the local grassroots clubs must have an association affiliated to the Football Federation Australia.
In officially launching Goals for Grassroots for the upcoming Hyundai A-League season, Hyundai Motor Company Australia CEO, Mr. Steve Yeo said “Goals for Grassroots is a program we are extremely proud of with over $50,000 donated to local community clubs last season. We look forward to continuing our support of local football communities via this exciting grassroots initiative”.
