Perth Glory is delighted to announce that Boom Logistics has elevated its partnership with the club to become the principal partner of its A-Leagues Women’s Team for the next two seasons.
The Boom Logistics logo featured on the front of Glory’s ALW playing shirts for the first time during Sunday’s superb 3-1 win over Adelaide United at the Sam Kerr Football Centre.
Operating from 17 depots around the country, six of which are located in Western Australia, Boom Logistics provides lifting solutions as part of a complete project service which includes cranes, travel towers, access equipment, heavy haulage and engineering services.
The company initially came on board as major sponsor of Glory’s A-Leagues Women’s Team and Coaching Staff at the start of the current season and club CEO Anthony Radich is thrilled that they have now expanded their involvement.
“We are extremely delighted by this significant and extended commitment made by Boom Logistics to Perth Glory Football Club as the Principal Partner of our A-Leagues Women’s Team,” he said.
“It has become abundantly clear very quickly that Boom genuinely want to make a very meaningful and positive impact upon the development and growth of the Women’s program, our club and the sport and in a number of different ways.
“We are extremely grateful and excited to have this level of support and are very proud to be partnered with and working alongside, an organisation displaying such vision and leadership.”
Boom Logistics CEO, Ben Pieyre, is similarly enthused by the synergies between the two organisations and the prospect of further developing the relationship over the next two years.
“Boom Logistics is very excited to elevate its partnership with the Perth Glory A-Leagues Women Team as its Principal Partner,” he said.
“As the Coaching Staff partner, we have come to quickly appreciate the qualities of the team which are a great match for our values.
“The team and the club have made us all feel welcome and the players’ interactions with the community and fans won us over immediately.
“Our shared values towards community engagement and diversity are a perfect match.
“We are looking to lift our commitment to women’s sport and see great opportunities to build business and community leaders through our partnership, while also offer career opportunities to the players and the Perth Glory ALW family.”
