Football Australia have today confirmed a change of venue for Glory’s Australia Cup 2022 Final Rounds Playoff against Newcastle Jets on Thursday (12th May).
The game will now take place at McDonald Jones Stadium, the Jets’ regular home ground, rather than at Jack McLaughlan Oval, Edgeworth as originally listed.
Football Australia has made the decision in the best interests of all parties following a further pitch inspection, taking into consideration the travel plans of the competing teams and the ongoing wet weather forecast for the next 48 hours.
The kick-off time of 5.30pm WST, (7.30pm Local) remains unchanged and the game will still be broadcast live and free across the nation on Network 10 via 10Play.
For those planning to attend the game, admission is free and gates will open at 6.45pm.
