Terms and Conditions for ‘Win $1,000 in Memberships’ Competition
Introduction
By participating in the ‘Win $1,000 in Memberships’ competition (“the Competition”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read them carefully before entering the Competition.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia, who are [minimum age] years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Perth Glory Football Club (“the Organizer”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
The activation for the Competition will take place at Optus Stadium at the AC Milan v Roma Match on 31 May 2024 (“Entry Period”). The entry period is from Friday 31 May 2024 14:00 pm AWST to Monday 3 June 2024 11:59 pm AWST Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
To enter the Competition, participants must scan the QR code on the screens inside and outside Optus Stadium or on the back of the dancer’s t-shirts and then submit a completed entry form on the Perth Glory Football Club Website competition page.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive $1,000 in memberships (“the Prize”). The winner can choose how they wish to allocate the $1,000 across different membership tiers offered by Perth Glory Football Club.
The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted by the winner.
Perth Glory Football Club reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will be conducted on or about 4 June 2024.
The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing.
The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
General Conditions
Perth Glory Football Club reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
Perth Glory Football Club is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; miscommunications; failed computer hardware or software or other technical malfunctions; or any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged entries.
By entering the Competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Perth Glory Football Club, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Competition or the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of the Prize.
Perth Glory Football Club’s decision on all matters relating to the Competition will be final and binding.
Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Perth Glory Football Club for the purpose of administering the Competition and, if the entrant consents, for promotional purposes in accordance with Perth Glory Football Club’s privacy policy.

Governing Law
The Competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
