18-year-old goalkeeper Phillips is an NTC product who spent the 2025 NPLW WA campaign gaining further senior experience at Fremantle City where she was a key member of the side that lifted the State Cup.
She signed a Youth Development Agreements (YDA) with the club ahead of the 2025/26 Ninja A-League Season.
