17-year-old McKenna capped a breakout 2018 campaign in the NTC by being named Player of the Tournament at the NTC Challenge. A talented, two-footed attacking midfielder, she duly made her Westfield W-League debut in 2018 and went on to make 13 appearances that season. The Perth local also found the net on two occasions, one of which was a stunning long-range strike in a 4-4 draw with Canberra United at McKellar Park.
