Having been crowned champions of their respective NPL WA regular-season competitions, the PGFC Academy Under-18s and Under-20s are now eyeing more silverware in the form of the Top Four Cup.
Both sides are in action this coming Saturday (3rd September) against Perth SC at Floreat’s E&D Litis Stadium (U18s at 11am, U20s at 1pm), with a place in next weekend’s Final up for grabs.
Should either of the Academy teams lose on Saturday, their status as league winners guarantees them a second opportunity to clinch a place in the Top Four Cup Final by playing the winners of the 3rd/4th-place clash next midweek.
The U18s lost just one game over the course of the regular NPL WA season, as did the U20s.
