Perth Glory is pleased to announce attacking midfielder / forward Travis Dodd has agreed terms with the club for the next two seasons.

Dodd, a former Qantas Socceroo has represented Australia at three different levels and scored 30 goals in the Hyundai A-League for Adelaide United.

“I-m really proud to be joining Perth Glory and I thank the Chairman and the coach for the opportunity,” Dodd said.

“The revival at Perth Glory has begun and I can-t wait to head west and begin pre-season training with my new club.”

Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson said Dodd-s arrival will be a great boost to the squad.

“Travis is a player I have admired for a long time,” Ferguson said.

“He-s a versatile player who provides us with several different options as he can play up front or wide on the left and right.

“Travis is also very good at retaining the ball, an experienced campaigner and a leader,” Ferguson added.

Dodd is now the fifth player to join Perth Glory for the 2011/12 season with Evan Berger, Danny Vukovic, Dean Heffernan and Neil Young also signing contracts with the club.
