Perth Glory is delighted to confirm that midfielder Sarah O’Donoghue and forward Susan Phonsongkham have re-signed with the club for the 2025/26 Ninja A-League season.
20-year-old O’Donoghue sparkled in what was her first campaign with Glory last year, featuring on 15 occasions and claiming three goals and four assists.
Phonsongkham, meanwhile, is closing in on 50 ALW appearances in purple having originally signed for the club in 2021.
The Australia Under-20 was unfortunately hampered by injury last term, but made a triumphant return to action in the latter stages of the campaign when she scored twice to take her overall goal tally for Glory to nine.
Glory Football Director Stan Lazaridis regards O’Donoghue and Phonsongkham as two key members of the squad.
“Sarah was an absolute standout for us last season, making a huge contribution to our attacking output,” he said.
“She’s still only 20 and we are excited to see her continue her development again this year.
“It will also be fantastic to see Susan back to her dynamic best.
“We know what she’s capable of in the attacking third where she always makes something happen and keeps defenders on their toes.
“Having both Sarah and Susan locked in for 2025/26 is something I’m sure our Members and fans will be delighted about.”
