Ngo completes loan move to Cong An Ho Chi Minh City FC

Perth Glory can confirm that the club has formalised a loan agreement with prominent Vietnamese V.League 1 club Cong An Ho Chi Minh City FC for winger Khoa Ngo.

19-year-old Ngo has made 26 Isuzu UTE A-League appearances since debuting for his hometown club in April 2024, six of which were starts.

The first player of Vietnamese heritage to feature in the A-League, he represented both Joondalup United and Perth RedStar at junior level before joining the PGFC Academy in 2020.

Glory Football Director Stan Lazaridis believes that the move will greatly accelerate Ngo’s development.

“Khoa will receive more playing opportunities and gametime with Cong An Ho Chi Minh City FC and that is exactly what he needs at this stage of his career,” he said.

“Khoa is an exceptional person and an extremely popular member of the playing group who has conducted himself superbly throughout his time at Glory.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for him at both a professional and personal level and he goes with our very best wishes.”

Ngo will remain with Cong An Ho Chi Minh City FC until the end of the current A-League campaign.
