Member History Queries
Should you have any questions regarding your member history, we kindly ask that you email the membership team (membership@perthglory.com.au).
Due to this being the first year of the program, we have received numerous enquiries and want to be sure we handle each and every one with the appropriate level of time and care.
Alternatively, you can log into your Perth Glory account and check your member history as shown at the bottom of this article. **
Redemption Options
The pins will be available for collection at all remaining home Hyundai A-League games of this season.
Pin redemption will occur behind the Membership Desk inside the Crunch&Sip Kids’ Zone located at Gate 1.
You are also welcome to visit our Team Store located inside the Rugby WA Building at 203, Underwood Avenue, Floreat during business hours on weekdays.
Please let us know an approximate date/time via email and we will do our best to have it ready in the store for you.
The third option is for the pins to be posted directly out to you, noting there is a $5 postage fee per family.
How Does It Work?
For your member history to contribute towards receiving any pins, your member history must be made up of consecutive years.
Members will receive a pin for each 5-year milestone.
For example, George the Gorilla has been a member for 12 consecutive years and will receive both the 5 and 10-year pins.
