Perth Glory coach Ian Ferguson admits he has another selection headache ahead of Sunday-s clash with Wellington Phoenix.
With competition of places in the 15-man squad white-hot, Ferguson will have 21 players to choose from with Adam Hughes (virus), Josh Mitchell (ankle) and Evan Berger (knee) all back to full-fitness.
New recruit Steve Pantelidis is the only player who won-t be considered for selection as he continues to return to full match fitness.
Ferguson won-t finalise his squad for another 48 hours with two more crucial training sessions to be completed on Friday and Saturday.
On Friday, the coach will also update the media on the condition of goalkeeper Neil Young. Young had abdominal surgery on Saturday night and has since been recovering in hospital. Perth Glory Youth team ‘keeper Lewis Italiano will be a substitute on Sunday.
Sunday-s match against Wellington is part of the Hyundai A-league-s Rivalry Round and a big crowd is forecast for the match that kicks off at 4.30pm
