Hungarian midfielder Gyorgy Sandor spent the first six years of his professional career playing in Hungary for Ujpest & Gyori ETO. He then spent a season on loan at Litex Lovech, where he earned his first club honours as part of the side that won the 2009 Bulgarian Cup.

It was a return to Hungary from there, moving to Videoton, playing there from 2009-2015. During that time he won the league once, playing 136 league games and scoring 16 goals.

In July of 2015 he signed a two-year deal with Perth Glory FC. His A-League career got off to a hot start, with a goal in each of his first two league games for Glory.
