Glory’s FFA Cup Round of 32 tie with Melbourne Victory is to be played at nib Stadium on Tuesday 7th August with a 6.30pm kick off time.
Tony Popovic’s side were paired with the reigning Hyundai A-League champions at the draw that took place in Sydney last midweek.
The game marks the first time Glory have been drawn at home at this stage of the competition and club CEO Tony Pignata is looking forward to what he feels will be an intriguing showdown with the navy-and-whites.
“It’s a very exciting tie for us against Melbourne and the whole club is really looking forward to the challenge,” he said.
“The FFA Cup is a competition that Glory have traditionally performed well in and we’re determined to do so again this year.
“I would urge all our members and fans to get along to nib Stadium and do their bit to help drive the team into the next round.”
Ticket information will be made available shortly.
