Exciting Inglewood United midfielder, Ryan Clarke, will come under the close eye of Perth Glory FC coach, Kenny Lowe when the team travels to the southern suburbs this weekend for another vital pre-season hit out.
Clarke has been a key part of United’s squad since joining the club five years ago. He came close to landing a professional deal at Scottish club Greenock Morton late last year but is now more determined to achieve his dream.
The 27-year old has been a shining star in what’s been an ordinary 2014 season for Inglewood and his efforts have been rewarded, with an opportunity to train with the Perth Glory FC senior squad.
This Sunday, August 31, Perth Glory take on state league division two team Rockingham City FC at Lark Hill Sportsplex, where Clarke is expected to get some game time. Lowe says he’s kept tabs on the speedy winger for the past couple of years.
“He’s been a quality player in the state league, I just want to see how he goes at training and see if he can lift a gear..nothing more, I’m not promising or committing to anything”.
Perth Glory FC fans are encouraged to attend and see their favourite players in action
Members can also bring their vouchers and redeem their members pack for the 2014/15 Hyundai A-League season.
The match kicks off at 3pm.
