Club history will be made on Saturday evening with Shannon May poised to become the first Glory player to reach 100 Westfield W-League games for the club.
The 27-year-old has spent a decade in purple, establishing a reputation as one of the competition’s most consistent operators with her tireless, selfless and absolutely vital work in the midfield engine-room.
We caught up with the scorer of the club’s first ever W-League goal to get her thoughts on the remarkable achievement of reaching three figures and a number of May’s colleagues, past and present, also paid their tributes to a genuine club legend.
