Perth Glory is delighted to confirm an extension of its existing premium partnership with Healthway to promote the LiveLighter message during the 2020/21 season.
The club has a long-standing relationship with Healthway and LiveLighter, a WA-developed program designed to encourage Australian adults to lead healthier lifestyles, make changes to what they eat and drink and increase their levels of physical activity.
During the 2020/21 season, LiveLighter’s logo will again feature prominently on the front of the Hyundai A-League team’s shorts and the program will continue as Perth Glory’s principal community partner.
Perth Glory and LiveLighter will also again collaborate on a number of other initiatives including expanding healthier food and beverage options at HBF Park and Perth Glory Chief Executive Officer Tony Pignata is proud that one of the club’s most enduring partnerships is set to continue.
“There is a close and obvious synergy between the healthy lifestyle message of the LiveLighter program and our core social values as a club and we look forward to promoting it strongly again next season,” he said.
“This partnership with Healthway will play a key role in driving Perth Glory forward and enabling the club to continue to grow on and off the field in 2020/21.”
Those sentiments were echoed by Healthway CEO Susan Hunt PSM.
“Our partnership with Perth Glory Football Club is helping to promote healthy messages and create healthier sporting environments,” she said.
“This season, we will be working together to promote good nutrition and encourage Glory Members and fans to make healthier food and drink choices on game day.
“The LiveLighter campaign will feature in Glory’s game day activities and community ambassador program encouraging people to lead healthy and active lifestyles.”
