Perth Glory can confirm that Fabio Ferreira and Walter Scott have both been released by the club, with Jacob Italiano also set to depart shortly to complete his move to Bundesliga side, Borussia Monchengladbach.
Experienced attacker Ferreira featured on 13 occasions for Glory during the 2018/19 season, scoring two goals, while young defender Scott was an unused substitute on one occasion having been handed his senior debut during the 2017/18 campaign.
Glory Football Director Jacob Burns was quick to pay tribute to the professionalism of the duo.
“We would like to thank Fabio and Walter for the dedication they showed and the contribution they made to what was a fantastic season for the club,” he said.
“We wish them every success in their future endeavours.
“In terms of Jacob, we also wish him well as he takes up an exciting new opportunity in Germany.
“He has a very bright future ahead of him and we look forward to seeing him continue the development that he has shown, initially through the Academy and subsequently the First Team here at Perth Glory.”
