Perth Glory can confirm that defender Jacob Muir has departed the club by mutual consent.
The 22-year-old Perth local progressed through the ranks of the PGFC Academy before being handed his senior debut in an FFA Cup clash with Melbourne Victory in November 2021.
He duly went on to make 33 A-League appearances for the club, 26 of which were starts.
“Jacob’s game-time opportunities have been limited recently and when he was presented with a chance to play overseas, we didn’t want to stand in his way,” said Glory Football Director Stan Lazaridis.
“On behalf of the club, I’d like to sincerely thank him for all his efforts.
“We wish Jacob all the very best in the next chapter of his career.”
