It’s been a grueling pre-season for the girls, with Bennett outlining their fitness as a crucial aspect to their style of play.

“I think people can expect a tenacious team this year,” Bennett revealed.

“Our fitness means we are able to maintain high pressure for long periods of time, and we have been working on our strength too,” the 24-year-old said.

The team insists fans will be treated to an exciting brand of attacking football this season, with a number of stars occupying the final third.
